The PV Fund for Children is the PAC affiliated with the Paradise Valley Education Association and the Paradise Valley Support Employees Association.

Kea, a teacher by trade, a parent of current PV students is not only well educated but attuned with the workings of public education. She is the former president of United Parent Council, an active volunteer, and thoughtful contributor on educational issues. She puts students first in every decision. Without hesitation, Kea Carota would be an excellent school board member, and I wholeheartedly endorse her candidacy.
-Dr. Sue Skidmore, Public Education Advocate and Former PVUSD Governing Board Member
Kea has spent the last 10+ years training for this! She has volunteered at schools, advocated for parents, and taught students in specialized programs. She will be a thoughtful and respectful Governing Board Member, and she will be an amazing representative for the entire PVUSD Community.
-Susan Matura, Community Volunteer and Former PVUSD Governing Board Member
The Governing Board needs a fierce, deeply knowledgeable advocate who will unflinchingly support PVUSD students and families, Kea is exactly that person. As a PV parent, I appreciate that Kea loves this district enough to celebrate where it’s thriving, but also acknowledge where it needs to improve. She’s given years of real, hands-on service to our school community, meaning she brings actual experience and workable solutions to the table, not just opinions. Plus, she’s incredibly approachable, genuinely funny, and entirely trustworthy. And that’s why Kea Carota has my full endorsement.
-Megan Starr, Esq., PVHS Parent and Volunteer
I'm voting for Kea because she puts students first. As a parent in PVUSD, she sees our schools through the eyes of the families she serves, and she makes decisions based on what's best for kids.
-Kerry Baker, PVUSD Teacher and Former PV Governing Board Member
Kea always puts kids first. She is passionate about education and advocating for children to get the education they deserve.
-Molly Fitzsimmons, Former Sandpiper PTO Member and Parent
